Our deposit levels are generally small and start from £300, but it depends on the accommodation. 

The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Our online systems will send you reminders and links to pay. 

All of our prices can be found online. We don't offer fixed rates. 

You can log into your booking via the button at the top of the page. Here, you can only add extras.

Please contact our reservations team if any other changes are needed. Our team can then advise your options.

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm, however, providing we know your arrival time and mobile number we will try our best to have your accommodation ready earlier.

You can update your arrival time and mobile number by logging into your accommdation account and clicking 'edit details' on your booking.

Our reception is open from 8 am to 8 pm.

Guests staying at our Les Ormes Coastal Cottages properties must check-in at the main Les Ormes Resort.

Les Ormes Coastal Cottages are a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute cycle from the main Les Ormes Resort.

Les Ormes Coastal Cottages guests can use all the Les Ormes Resort facilities.

We will SMS the mobile number you provided when booking to let you know when your unit is ready. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we will contact you via SMS for key collection.

From the Airport roundabout take the second exit towards St Brelade. After about 500 metres past two petrol stations on your left, take the next right turn which has a Les Ormes sign — follow this to Les Ormes.

We provide all linen, two hand/bath towels and one beach towel per person.

Our bed sizes are:

King: 180cm wide x 190cm long
Single: 90cm wide x 190cm long
Bunk bed: 90cm wide x 190cm long

You can book a daily towel service and extra cleaning at a charge by logging into your booking from the website.

Your unit will be fully equipped with utensils and cooking equipment to make a proper home-cooked meal for your family.

Your unit is cleaned before your arrival and during the second week if you are here staying for 14 nights.

Each unit is stocked with a basic range of cleaning products. If you require more products please visit Reception.

Our accommodation is not equipped with air conditioning, however, fans can be provided by reception if needed.

Sun loungers can be added as extras when booking at a cost of £5 each for the duration of your stay.

A number of our units have either a patio or balcony. Units situated on the ground floor will have a patio, whereas first floor units will have balconies.

No, we don't provide a welcome pack but there will be complimentary essentials provided in your accommodation upon arrival; tea & coffee, sugar sticks, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin bags and tea towels. 

You can tailor your stay but adding extras through our guest packages. 

Not all of the accommodation units at the Les Ormes Resort and Les Ormes Seaside Cottages are suitable for dogs.

Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside of accommodation. 

We allow up to 2 dogs per unit.

Yes.

The Pet Plan is £100 per dog and can be added to your booking online.

The plan includes a feeding bowl, dog bed, dog mats and a deep clean after your stay.

No, we only accept dogs and no other species.

No, you can bring a dog of any size as long as they are well behaved and under control at all times. 

Dogs must be kept under control at all times and we operate a no noise after 10 pm policy.

Dogs need to stay on a lead when outside of accommodation.

Guests are not allowed to walk their dogs on the Golf Course at any time.

If your dog's behaviour breaks these policies or continually disturbs other guests, we reserve the right to ask you to remove the dog immediately.

Your dog is your responsibility. You will be charged the full replacement cost for any damage caused to any property of Les Ormes.

No, if you allow your dog on the beds or furniture, you will incur extra cleaning charges.

The Les Ormes main Resort is located about a 10-minute walk from a bus stop with regular services to St Helier, St Aubin and the Airport every 15-20 minutes.

Most of Jersey's attractions and beaches are accessible by bus. However, you may have to transfer in St Helier.

Local speed limits

The maximum speed limit in Jersey is 40mph. In residential areas, this drops to 20mph or 30mph and on green lanes the speed limit is 15mph.

Hiring a car

Multiple hire car firms operate in Jersey. The best rates can usually be found online, however, if you wish to hire once you're here, Europcar, Hertz and Avis have desks at the airport and port.

There is plenty of parking for guests at both Les Ormes Resort and Les Ormes De La Mer.

Jersey is a fantastic place to explore by bicycle. Les Ormes Resort is just a 2-minute cycle from a network of cycle paths that can be used to visit most of the island.

The nearest supermarkets to Les Ormes are Waitrose, Iceland and the Co-op. From Les Ormes, head down Rue Caree to the main road. Turn right and drive about 1 mile, there is a parade of shops on your left where Iceland is situated. Further along the road on the left, next to HSBC Bank, is the Co-op. At the end of the road, Waitrose will be in front of you on your right. Parking is available with each store and all are open 7 days a week.

We have a limited number of men's, ladies' and children's bikes available to hire on a weekly basis.

Child seats are available at a charge on request on arrival. The price includes helmets which are a legal requirement for children in Jersey and a padlock to keep your bike safe.

• Rental is weekly or daily (£17/day)

• Bookable from Reception 

All barbecues on site need to be used with a disposable barbecue set.

These can be purchased from Reception or local shops in the area, we can also provide you with matches at Reception. 

Check-out is strictly at 10 am. If you don't wish to return your key at reception, email: reception@lesormesjersey.co.uk and let us know you have left it in your unit. 

Guests are required to leave units in a reasonable state of cleanliness, this includes removing rubbish and returning kitchenware to cupboards clean. We charge a £50 cleaning charge if guests do not do so.
