Where is the Les Ormes Bike Centre?

The Les Ormes Bike Centre is located in Jump Jersey, head to reception and our team can point you in the right direction.

When is the Les Ormes Bike Centre open?

We are open from the 15th of May. Our opening hours are found on the website page.

Do you sell bikes?

Yes! We’ve recently expanded our selection to include all types of bikes—new, used, electric, hybrid, kids' bikes, and more.

What service packages do you offer?

We offer a Gold and Silver package. See what’s included in each:

Gold Package - £105

  • Gears and breaks checked and adjusted

  • Truing of wheels

  • Tyres checked for cuts, wear and pressure

  • Bottom bracket checked

  • Full strip down, hubs / headset / bottom bracket / drive system stripped, cleaned, re-lubed and re-fitted

  • Crank bolts checked and correctly tightened

  • Tighten up all bolts to required torque

  • Inspection for damage / wear of other bike parts included

  • Bike wipe down

  • Seat post removed, cleaned, greased and re-fitted

  • Hanger checked for alignment

 

Silver Package - £60

  • Set up brakes, gears, tighten up all bolts to required torque

  • Tyres checked for cuts, wear and pressure

  • Bottom bracket checked

  • Brakes checked & adjusted

  • Inspection for damage / wear of other bike parts included

  • Seat post removed, cleaned, greased and re-fitted

 

*Labour costs only. Part costs are not included in package prices

 

When can I book a service?

Our servicing packages are available to book 14 days in advance.

What types of bike do we service?

We service;

  • Non-electric bikes
  • E-Bikes
  • Trikes
Can I drop my bike off before my scheduled time slot?

Yes, you are more than welcome to drop your bike off before your scheduled time slot, as long as this is only on the day of your service and within our opening hours.

What if my bike needs parts / extra work after I have booked and paid for my initial service price?

If your bike needs a little extra work to get it running smoothly, we will contact you first to get your approval. Don’t worry - we won’t carry out any repairs without your consent.

When will my bike be ready for collection?

Pending that no extra work or parts are needed for your bike during your service, then your bike will be ready for collection once your allotted time slot has finished. For example, our Silver Service is 60 minutes - 9am slot booked in, bike will be ready for collection at 10am.

How do I get in touch with the Les Ormes Bike Centre?

How often should I get my bike serviced?

Your bike should have a full service at least once every year to ensure it’s in good running order. If you ride a lot, then you may need a service every 6 months. Our bike technicians can provide some advice and guidance if you need it. 

Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are firm and slots can’t be changed after booking. No refunds will be given for any cancelled bookings.
